	phasizes free and\nnatural movement\, breathing and relaxation\, and appli
	es these to everyday life\,\nto practice self-preservation (falling safely
	\, avoiding accidental injury) and\nself-defense skills.\n\nKind of like a
	 russian combat Tai Chi or dance practice!\n\nIt can also be a great compl
	ement to other physical activities and disciplines\,\nby helping develop m
	obility/range of motion\, good posture and body awareness\,\nand fine moto
	r control\; all through gentle\, non-destructive exercises that\nemphasize
	 long-term health and avoiding injury.\n\nExercises are adaptable to most 
	bodies and skill levels\, and we emphasize peer\nlearning and experimentat
	ion\, as well as learning through play.\n\nTrainings are Pay What You Can 
	(no-one will be turned away for lack of funds) to\nhelp cover the costs of
	 renting/using the training spaces and equipment.\n\nCome join us at our w
	eekly trainings on Wednesday evenings at 7pm and on Sunday\nmornings at 10
